XP East, is the construction of a new £8.2m school adjacent to the existing XP West, namely XP East. The 450 pupil school comprised over 2 storey is constructed via steel driven piles, a steel frame structure, suspended ground floor slab and composite floors, masonry, render and cladded elevations with curtain walling.
Internal Facilities
Internal facilities to include a Sports Hall, Drama Studio, Kitchen, Science labs and Class rooms mainly with block work partitions with the majority of M&E services exposed. The externals will include a small car park, a hard standing games area and hard and soft landscaping.
