Roscoe are a ‘Director-Led’ client focused firm of civil and structural engineers committed to delivering high quality, world class engineering designs across a variety of sectors. The company, formed in 2013 by Mark Brady, is built on our reputation for successful delivery through technical excellence. Regardless of their size or value, we understand the importance of all of our projects to our clients, and commit to providing the same high quality service each time we are trusted with their investment.

We appreciate that innovative design or development solutions can only be achieved by keeping an open mind to the issue of problem solving. We are driven by our passion for producing bespoke, innovative and cost-effective engineering and management solutions that are seamlessly integrated with the output from the other design team members to produce a single fully coordinated design. Roscoe strongly believe in accountability. Each of our projects has Director level ownership that forms the basis of our approach from the inception of the design to the handing over of the finished project.

Our People

Working across the UK our experienced team can assist clients deliver projects from all business sectors and from new build multi-million pound projects to small refurbishment projects.

Our Approach

At Roscoe, we have the right team and the right approach to make a significant contribution to our clients' projects. Our approach to all of our commissions has the same underlying philosophy – to collaborate well with all the stakeholders in order to develop and deliver real common sense engineering solutions of the highest quality, on time, and within the specified economic framework.

We offer all the necessary skills, expertise and local knowledge to deliver sustainable, innovative and cost effective structural engineering solutions.

All of our drawings are produced in 3D using Revit. This enables us to produce 3D visualisation sketches to enable us to better understand buildability and construction issues early in the design process. As Revit is a BIM compatible format, we can also fully engage with the rest of the team in order to realise the advantages that this coordinated approach can provide.

Our Communities

Roscoe has been built on the principle of employing the brightest people with the most potential and allowing them to learn and develop their expertise through leadership and guidance.

In support of this principle we have a commitment with the University of Leeds and Manchester School of Architecture to engage with their final year Engineering and Architecture students. We deliver lectures over a 2 month period every year at both Universities to introduce the students to the practical application of their theoretical knowledge. We also provide them with feedback on their final year design projects from the perspective of an experienced practicing structural engineer.
