A series of new build industrial units with associated hardstanding on an existing heavily developed brownfield site. With the proximity of a rail line and a 7m deep culvert at one end of the site it presented an engineering challenge to ensure feasibility. Providing over 200,000sqft of light industrial and warehousing space due on site late 2022.
