A £30m new building which further develops the award-winning Bay Campus at Swansea University. The building contains a range of flexible teaching, research and collaboration spaces within four main activity hubs; Justice, Learning, Study and Work.

A four storey brick and stone clad structure is adopted to provide the greatest flexibility internally adopting a hot rolled steel frame with composite metal decking. Decorative precast cladding is used extensively and combines vertical load bearing elements with support from the superstructure where required.
