A 14 storey hybrid precast concrete aparthotel which adopted precast sandwich panels, delta beam floor beams, pre-stressed solid slabs, and solid precast core walls & column.

The load bearing brick faced sandwich panels allowed the entire frame to be constructed and made weather tight in 16 weeks from commencement using only 9 men below the hook.
