This project consists of the redevelopment and extension of the former British Gas site in Leeds to provide a new 190 bed hotel and landscaped public realm space. This project for the hotel chain ‘Hampton by Hilton’ comprises a large concrete framed extension to the main refurbished block, in addition to 2 new steel framed floors on the former roof of the original building.
