Soyo Block D, Leeds

Roscoe have been appointed to deliver the civil and structural engineering services for a proposed new student housing block on behalf of Caddick Developments in Leeds.

Block D is the latest phase of the £300m Soyo mixed-use development in the city centre, which is set to deliver over one million sqft of residential, retail and leisure space, and some of the largest landscaped open spaces in the city.

Block D, which will use low-carbon energy sources, will create accommodation for around 275 students with a mixture of studio and cluster apartments, as well as significant amenities and benefits including 24-hour gym membership and access to wellness initiatives.
