Ground has been broken on the £62m Hyatt Hotel in Leeds city centre. Roscoe are providing full civil and structural engineering services on behalf of client Marrico LLP and main contractor GMI construction.

The striking 12 storey, 305 room hotel will feature meeting rooms, an on-site gym, ground floor restaurant and bar plus an independent rooftop bar.

The hotel, which is due for completion in 2024, will complete the extensive regeneration of the area.
