Planning approval for 196-bed student flats in Coventry

Our purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project in Coventry with Torsion Group has achieved planning. The 6-storey, 196-bed student living block on Burnsall Road will replace a vacant office block on an industrial estate in Earlsdon.

The development will be car-free and mainly made up of studio flats, all with en-suites. The plans for the site, which is close to the University of Warwick and Cannon Park shopping centre, also comprise a private gym, cinema and rooftop terrace.
