Cow Green BTR Scheme Secures Planning

Planning permission has been secured from Calderdale Council for Placefirst to build a new build-to-rent scheme in Halifax town centre. The £21m residential development on the site of a former multi storey carpark will provide 122 high-quality one and two-bedroom apartments.

The new homes on Cow Green will be highly sustainable, with the building having air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, wastewater heat recovery, as well as electric vehicle charging and an electric car club for residents.
