Contractor Appointed on Sovereign Square

Roscoe have been appointed by the contractor as the civil and structural engineers on the 14 storey, 330 bed hotel development in Sovereign Square, Leeds City Centre.

The hotel is to be constructed from an RC frame on piled foundations and benefits from a rooftop bar. Works to commence on site in summer 2022.
