Bolt Works, the 122-home residential scheme which was built on a former carpark in Halifax, has now completed.
Located off Cow Green in the town centre, the £21m project provides a mix of high quality, 1 and 2 bed apartments to the build-to-rent market.
Bolt Works is Placefirst’s most sustainable project to date, with the building having a number of renewable and efficient technologies including air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, wastewater heat recovery as well as EV charging and bike storage.
We were delighted to have played our part as structural engineer on a great scheme, working with Caddick Construction, JM Architects, DEP Landscape, Walker Sime, TACE and Maddox Planning.
