Roscoe are the Civil and Structural Engineers on the challenging redevelopment of the iconic Grade II listed Bank House in the centre of Leeds. Working on behalf of Palace Capital plc with a team that includes Fuse Architects and Turner and Townsend, the proposals include the repair, refurbishment and vertical extension of this landmark ‘reverse ziggurat’ structure.

Once complete, the highly sustainable project will deliver over 110,000sqft of net office space and play its part in the continuing resurgence of Leeds City Centre. The building is set to achieve an Outstanding BREEAM rating and EPC rating of A.

It’s great to be working with the same client and design team which recently successfully delivered the multi-award winning Hudson Quarter mixed use development in York.
