Anchorage 3&4, Salford

Work has now begun on site for the conversion from office to residential of the Anchorage 3 and 4 buildings at Salford Quays. A two storey rooftop vertical extension is planned alongside significant internal remodelling to provide 180 apartments for the Build to Rent sector.
