One Park Place secures planning permission

One Park Place, a part 25-storey and part 15-storey apartment block in Manchester was given the go-ahead last week. The development will provide 154 apartments, 46-one bedroom flats and 180 two-bedroom ones, as well as ground floor commercial units, a pocket courtyard and a roof garden. Located on the corner of Park Place and Cheetham Hill Road in one of Manchester's main growth areas, the site currently holds an 8,200sqft vacant industrial unit, which will be demolished to make way for the tower.
